Hi, I'm Bhupesh.

I am a Computer Engineering student interested in database systems, C++, systems programming, and computer science.

I enjoy understanding how software works beneath the surface and building things from the ground up. My current work includes BinaryDB, a minimal page-based NoSQL document database built in C++.

What I Work On

My main interests are around systems and the software that sits underneath applications. I particularly enjoy learning about database internals, storage engines, operating systems, and low-level programming.

Technical Interests

  • Database systems and storage engines
  • C++ and systems programming
  • Operating systems
  • Data structures and algorithms
  • Computer networks and distributed systems

What I'm Currently Learning

I'm continuously strengthening my foundations in computer science while building practical projects. I use projects as a way to turn theoretical concepts into working software.

I'm particularly interested in understanding how databases store, retrieve, organize, and manage data efficiently.

Beyond the Code

I also write about the things I learn. My blog is a collection of notes, experiments, technical explanations, and lessons from building projects.

If you're interested in databases, systems programming, or computer science, feel free to explore my projects or read my blog.
